Faculty Members of the Department of Economics, Management, and Finance of BSPU — Participants of the International Conference SKCED 2025

On October 16, 2025, faculty members of the Department of Economics, Management, and Finance of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University — Dr. of Economics, Professor Liudmyla Zavidna, and Head of the Department, Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor Kateryna Lemish — took an active part in the International Scientific Conference SKCED 2025 (Simon Kuznets Conference on Economic Development), organized by Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics in a hybrid (on-site/online) format.

This year’s conference brought together scholars from Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, Germany, USA, and other countries to discuss the topic: “Global Cooperation and Development Transformations: Challenges, Prospects, Innovations.”

During the sectional sessions, the department’s representatives presented the results of their own scientific research, discussed practical aspects of economic development, innovative management mechanisms, and the recovery of the entrepreneurial environment in Ukraine.

Participation in SKCED 2025 became an important milestone in the professional development of the department’s faculty, providing an opportunity to exchange experience with colleagues from leading higher education institutions and serving as an incentive for further improvement of scientific research.

The Department expresses sincere gratitude to the conference organizers for the high level of the event and the opportunity to present BSPU’s scientific achievements on the international stage.
