Modern education requires new management approaches grounded in analytics and evidence-based decision-making. This topic was the focus of the guest lecture “Data-Driven Management: A New Culture of Governance Based on Analytics and Expertise,” held on October 21 at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University as part of Pedagogy Week.
The event was moderated by Olha Starokozhko, PhD in Pedagogy, Associate Professor at the Department of Pedagogy. The speaker was Oksana Bodnar, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and Professor at the Department of Pedagogy and Education Management of Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University.
During the lecture, participants discussed current trends in the development of education management systems based on analytical data. The speaker emphasized that data-driven management is not only an innovative approach but also a new management culture that relies on evidence, expertise, and measurable indicators of effectiveness.
The lecture generated lively interest among faculty members, students, and guests, as the topic of digitalization in education management and analytical approaches to decision-making is particularly relevant for modern educators and administrators.
The event became a vivid example of the integration of science, practice, and innovation within Pedagogy Week, which traditionally unites all those striving for professional development and the implementation of modern educational practices.
