Elections for the Head of Student Self-Government were held at the Faculty of Physical Culture, Sports, and Human Health. As a result of the voting, the faculty’s students elected a new leader of the student community — Oleksandra Bartoshevych, a second-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Choreography (specialty 024). She will represent the interests of the student body throughout the next year.

The Head of Student Self-Government is not only an organizer of student life but also an active participant in the faculty’s development — a vital link between the administration and the students. The newly elected head expressed gratitude for the trust placed in her and declared her readiness to work on implementing initiatives aimed at improving the learning environment, leisure activities, and overall student development.

Working side by side with the Head of Student Self-Government are:

  • Deputy Head — Yana Sutko, a second-year Bachelor’s student majoring in Choreography (specialty 024);
  • Secretary — Anna Khatsko, a first-year Master’s student majoring in Physical Culture and Sports (specialty A7).

The heads of the sectors are:

  • Oleksandr Ashkarian, a second-year Bachelor’s student in Physical Culture and Sports (specialty 017) — Sector of Interaction and Initiatives;
  • Valeriia Mordvinova, a third-year Bachelor’s student in Choreography (specialty 024) — Sector of Communication and Information;
  • Alina Shyp, a second-year Bachelor’s student in Choreography (specialty 024) — Sector of Student Activity.

The Student Council of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Sports, and Human Health is actively working to create a favorable environment for youth self-realization. Among its priorities are organizing sports, cultural, and educational events, supporting student projects, developing volunteer initiatives, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The faculty takes pride in its proactive students who not only achieve high academic results but also play an active role in the university’s community life. Ahead lies a wealth of exciting ideas and joint projects that will unite the faculty’s student family even more closely.
