On November 25, 2025, another meeting of the student research group “Current Issues of Economics and Finance” was held for students of the educational and professional programs “Finance, Banking and Insurance” and “Business Economics”. The topic of discussion was an extremely relevant issue – the use of artificial intelligence in education. During the meeting, students and lecturers focused on several key aspects that today shape the future of the educational process.

These included:

  • The possibilities of artificial intelligence and its role in modernizing education, which enables the creation of adaptive learning environments, automation of routine processes, and making education more individualized and flexible;
  • The use of intelligent systems as a tool for training future economists and financiers, helping to model economic processes, analyze large amounts of financial data, forecast economic trends, conduct stress tests, and assess risks;
  • Practical examples of using AI in learning, analytics, and assessment, which allow automated verification of financial models, creation of analytical dashboards with the help of intelligent systems, and economic process simulators for practical classes;
  • Prospects for the development of AI technologies in higher education in Ukraine, which will further allow the creation of intelligent national-level learning platforms, improve distance and blended learning, ensure equal access to quality educational resources, and shape new standards of digital literacy;
  • Academic integrity: challenges and ways of responsible AI use, where issues of avoiding misuse of intelligent technologies and understanding the boundaries of permissible AI usage were discussed.

The meeting of the research group became an important platform for discussing one of the key challenges and opportunities of modern education. Students of the programs “Finance, Banking and Insurance” and “Business Economics” gained new knowledge, useful recommendations, and an understanding of how artificial intelligence can transform their professional training.
