Participation in the International Conference of BSPU’s Polish Partner Institution

Berdyansk State Pedagogical University continues to actively expand its international cooperation. On December 11, 2025, BSPU representative Tetyana Nestorenko, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor (Department of Economics, Management and Finance) took part in the plenary session of the International Scientific Conference “Innowacyjne procesy w sferze edukacji Ukrainy i Europy Środkowej. Stan, problemy, perspektywy”, organized by the University’s Polish partner — The Academy of Applied Sciences – Academy of Management and Administration in Opole (ANS-WSZiA w Opolu).

The conference brought together scholars and practitioners from Poland, Ukraine, the Czech Republic and Slovakia to discuss key innovation processes in the education sector of Central Europe. Participants emphasized the importance of international dialogue, the exchange of experience, and the search for effective models of educational development in the face of modern challenges.

The plenary session included presentations by leading scholars: Prof. Dr. Hab. Zenon Jasiński (ANS-WSZiA w Opolu, Poland); Dr. Hab. Sławomir Śliwa (ANS-WSZiA w Opolu, Poland); Iryna Korol (Ukraine), who focused on socio-psychological support for children with special educational needs; Prof. ThDr. Patrik Maturkanič & Vladimír Dlouhý (Czech Republic), who addressed the issue of digital inequality in education; Assoc. Prof. Laura Janáčková & Rudolf Žák (Czech Republic), who presented their experience with innovations in educational psychology; and Prof. Amantius Akimjak (Slovakia), who discussed the specifics of teaching church music.

Tetyana Nestorenko’s participation in the conference demonstrated BSPU’s strong scientific communication with its international partners and contributed to the further development of cooperation in the field of educational innovations.
