On December 11 and 22, 2025, within the framework of the Educational and Professional Program “Finance, Banking and Insurance,” qualification thesis defenses of students of the second (Master’s) level of higher education in full-time and part-time forms of study took place. These events became an important stage of the educational process and a logical culmination of the professional training of future finance specialists.

The Examination Committee was chaired by Olena Tokarenko, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Management and Finance.
The committee members included academic staff of the Department of Economics, Management and Finance: Liudmyla Zavidna, Doctor of Economics, Professor, and Hanna Kostenko, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor.

The topics of the Master’s research covered a wide range of relevant and practically significant issues of modern financial and economic activity, including improvement of taxation management mechanisms and financial resource management at enterprises, ensuring financial stability and security under conditions of economic turbulence, anti-crisis management, the impact of macroeconomic factors on investment decisions, transformation of banking services from classical models to direct banking, as well as the implementation of budgeting systems at industrial enterprises.

The presented theses demonstrated a high level of theoretical training, well-developed analytical and research competencies, and the ability to think critically and apply acquired knowledge to solving real economic challenges. The defense of qualification theses is of great importance for the educational process, as it contributes to the integration of theory and practice, the development of professional skills, and the training of competitive specialists ready for effective professional activity in the financial, banking, and insurance sectors under modern economic challenges.

We sincerely congratulate the students of the second (Master’s) level of higher education of the Educational and Professional Program “Finance, Banking and Insurance” on the successful defense of their qualification theses and wish them further professional achievements and full self-realization in their future careers.
