Dialogue with Stakeholders on Improving the Educational Programs of the D3 Management Specialty

On March 10, 2026, a meeting with stakeholders of the educational and professional programs of the D3 Management specialty was held at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. The meeting focused on the Educational and Professional Program (EPP) “Management” at the second (Master’s) level of higher education and the EPP “Management of Organizations” at the first (Bachelor’s) level of higher education.

The purpose of the event was to discuss current issues related to the implementation and further improvement of the educational programs, taking into account modern labor market requirements, employers’ needs, and current trends in management development. The meeting brought together representatives of employers, academic staff, alumni, and students. This format of professional dialogue facilitated a constructive discussion on the training of competitive specialists capable of effectively carrying out managerial activities in modern socio-economic conditions.

During the discussion, the participants analyzed the content of the educational components, the level of development of professional competencies among students, and the possibilities of strengthening the practical training of students.

The participants expressed constructive proposals for improving the content of the educational and professional programs, including updating the educational components in accordance with modern trends in management and organizational governance; developing digital competencies of future managers; integrating modern information technologies and artificial intelligence tools into the educational process; strengthening the study of foreign languages with a professional focus; expanding opportunities for internships and practical training; and increasing the overall level of practical training of students. In addition, it was proposed to involve industry practitioners in delivering guest lectures, training sessions, and master classes, as well as to enhance students’ participation in practice-oriented projects.

The recommendations and proposals received will be taken into account during the further review and updating of the educational and professional programs. Holding such meetings is an important component of the internal quality assurance system in higher education and contributes to the development of partnership cooperation between the university, employers, alumni, and students. A traditional component of such events, which significantly expands the format of professional dialogue, was also implemented this time: a survey of employers, alumni, and students aimed at determining their level of satisfaction with the content of the educational programs, their practical orientation, and their compliance with modern labor market requirements.

Maintaining continuous dialogue with stakeholders makes it possible to respond promptly to changes in the professional environment, improve educational programs, and ensure the training of highly qualified and competitive specialists in the field of management who are capable of successfully realizing their professional potential in various sectors of the economy and management.
