Meeting with students of the educational programs “Physical Culture and Sports” and “Secondary Education (Physical Culture)” on the opportunities of non-formal education. On March 11, an online meeting was held with students of the educational programs “Physical Culture and Sports” and “Secondary Education (Physical Culture)” on the topic “Non-formal Education: Opportunities for Development and Self-Realization of Students.”
The speaker of the event was Kateryna Voloshchuk — PhD, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Physical Culture, Sports and Teaching Methods.
During the meeting, students became acquainted with the opportunities of non-formal education, which today is an important component of the professional development of future specialists in the field of physical culture and sports. The participants were presented with modern online educational platforms, international and national online courses, and certification programs that allow students to expand their professional competencies, gain additional knowledge, and increase their competitiveness in the labor market.
Special attention during the event was paid to the possibilities of using online courses to deepen knowledge in the theory and methodology of physical education, sports training, health-preserving technologies, as well as to develop digital skills of future specialists.
The meeting was held in the format of an open dialogue, during which students had the opportunity to ask questions, discuss their own experience of completing online courses, and receive recommendations on choosing high-quality educational resources for professional and personal development.
Such events contribute to expanding educational opportunities for students, developing a culture of lifelong learning, and forming modern professional competencies of future specialists in the field of physical culture and sports.
