The Department of Theory and Methods of Teaching Artistic Disciplines has an Employers’ Council (https://surli.cc/otwjyv) for the specialty A4.13 Secondary Education (Art. Musical Art). The members of this council are stakeholders of the educational and professional program Secondary Education (Musical Art and English) of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education, within which close cooperation with stakeholders has been established.

Along with the systematic involvement of stakeholders in reviewing and updating the educational program, one of the promising forms of their interaction with higher education institutions within the framework of a certain EP is the involvement of the latter in conducting classroom classes. This form of interaction makes it possible to use their existing potential for the development of each participant in the educational process and to combine the theoretical and practical components of professional training.

Thus, within the framework of cooperation with the stakeholder, a graduate of the Secondary Education Program (music and English), co-founder of the music studio “Voxy Studio” in Zaporizhzhia, Valeria TUROVETS, a series of classroom lessons on voice production were held at the stakeholder’s institution. Students of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education of the 24MM group, Halyna Gladushchenko and Maria Baklanova, attend the specified individual classes during the academic year, mastering modern vocal techniques such as Complete Vocal Technique (CVT) and Estill Voice Training (EVT), which are based on thorough knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the voice (https://surl.li/uvbapx).

Such a mechanism for interacting with stakeholders contributes to the high-quality formation of general and professional competencies of applicants, especially in the context of temporary relocation of an educational institution, and significantly activates relationships with employers, taking into account the needs of stakeholders.
