The first round of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in Special Education has been successfully completed!

On March 26 of the current year, the lecturers of the Department of Applied Psychology and Speech Therapy organized and conducted the first stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the specialty Special Education among students of the first (Bachelor’s) and second (Master’s) levels of higher education. The event was held using distance learning technologies in a synchronous format.

Completing the test tasks and solving practice-oriented cases required participants to demonstrate solid knowledge of the fundamentals of speech therapy, special pedagogy, and psychology, as well as the ability to quickly apply theoretical knowledge in practical situations.

According to the results of the first stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad, the winners were determined as follows:

• 1st place – Olha Hliebova, a first-year student of the second (Master’s) level of higher education;
• 2nd place was shared by – Anastasiia Puzyna, Anna Panaseiko, Viktoriia Ivanchuk, first-year students of the second (Master’s) level of higher education;
• 3rd place was shared by – Veronika Ashurko and Dariia Alistratova, fourth-year students of the first (Bachelor’s) level of higher education, and Anna Zabelina, a first-year student of the second (Master’s) level of higher education.
