On April 16, 2026, Assistant Lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Chair of the Council of Young Scientists of Berdiansk State Pedagogical University, Karyna Koval, took part in the II International Scientific and Practical Conference of Higher Education Students and Young Scientists “Current Issues in the Development of Modern Science: Challenges and Prospects,” held at Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy within the framework of cooperation between Councils of Young Scientists and student scientific societies of higher education institutions of Zaporizhzhia region and other cities.
At the plenary session, Karyna Valentynivna presented a report entitled “Transformation of the Educational Paradigm in the Context of Contemporary Socio-Political Challenges,” in which she highlighted key trends in the transformation of the educational space driven by global processes, and outlined актуальні directions for the modernization of pedagogical activity in current conditions.
The conference was distinguished by the diversity of its presentations, covering various fields of scientific knowledge and reflecting current trends in the development of modern science. The presented research demonstrated the interdisciplinary nature of scientific inquiry, contributing to a holistic understanding of contemporary challenges and prospects.
The event brought together young scholars, higher education students, and researchers from different regions and countries, creating a favorable environment for professional development, academic communication, and the exchange of ideas. Participation in the conference ensured the expansion of scientific horizons, the establishment of inter-institutional and international cooperation, and the strengthening of the role of young scientists in the development of the modern scientific space.
