On April 20, 2026, a regular meeting was held between program coordinators, working groups, and students of various levels ‒ Bachelor’s (EPP “Professional Education. Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving”, EPP “Professional Education. Computer Technologies”), Master’s (EPP “Professional Education. Computer Technologies”), and PhD ‒ (ERP “Theory and Methodology of Professional Education”) ‒ and stakeholders (representatives of vocational and pre-higher vocational education, business, and enterprises). The meeting focused on active discussions regarding current issues in specialist training, the alignment of educational programs with modern labor market requirements, and prospects for cooperation between educational institutions and employers.

The meeting was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics, Computer, and Technological Education, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Viktoriia Zhyhir. She emphasized the importance of the meeting for improving educational and professional programs and optimizing the educational process for training future vocational school teachers.

During the event, participants proposed additions to the content of educational components, improvements to the structural and logical frameworks of the programs, the implementation of practice-oriented teaching methods, and the expansion of internship opportunities for students. Special attention was paid to the awarding of professional qualifications and the use of digital technologies in the learning process.

The meeting concluded with the identification of key areas for future cooperation, including increasing the adaptability of teaching practices, joint development of training courses, and opportunities for expanding collaborative scientific research.
