Despite its forced displacement due to the war, Berdiansk State Pedagogical University (BSPU) continues to fulfill its core mission: being a university of opportunity, support, and recovery.
In July 2026, BSPU will launch the project “Reintegrate & Rebuild: Micro-Credential Programs for Veteran Reskilling and Human Capital Recovery in Ukraine’s Industry 5.0 Economy (Rebuild Skills Lab)”, aimed at the professional reintegration of male and female veterans and the restoration of Ukraine’s human capital.
We firmly believe that those who defended our country on the front lines deserve new opportunities for self-realization in civilian life, employment, starting their own businesses, and actively participating in the reconstruction of their communities.
As part of the project, veterans will be able to master the skills of the future through two modern micro-credential programs, which will be piloted in the temporarily displaced community of the Berdiansk district:
Participants can look forward to online learning, practical workshops, mentorship support, and the development of their own micro-projects.
For BSPU, this project is about more than just education. It is about faith in the people who protected Ukraine, about opening new professional horizons for our veterans, and about co-creating strong, resilient, and successful communities.
Together, we restore Ukraine’s human potential. Together, we build the future.
