Educational Front of BSPU: How Future Journalists Started the New Academic Year

September 1 is a special day for every student and teacher. Today is the beginning of a new stage, full of plans, hopes, new knowledge and meetings. For Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, this day is of special importance, because for many years the educational process has been taking place in difficult conditions.

Despite all the difficulties, today the teachers and students gathered together again to start the new academic year. At the Faculty of Social and Humanities, a curatorial hour was held under the educational program “Journalism”, in which students of 1-4 years and group curators took part. Khrystyna Pirogova, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Ukrainian Language and Journalism, congratulated all those present on the beginning of the new academic year. She wished the students success, encouragement and self-confidence, and also gave important instructions for the upcoming academic year. During the meeting, they talked about learning, responsibility, supporting each other, and the importance of not stopping in the face of difficulties.

It is especially nice that students of different courses gathered together. For first-year students, this is the beginning of a new, still unfamiliar stage of student life, and for seniors, it is a continuation of the already familiar path that brings them closer to their professional future. Studying today is not only lectures, seminars, assignments, and assessments. It is also an opportunity to stay together, support each other, and move forward even when circumstances are not at all simple.

The new academic year begins in difficult times, but the desire to learn, develop, and gain new knowledge remains unchanged. Berdyansk State Pedagogical University continues its journey, and its teachers and students once again prove that difficulties cannot stop those who have a goal.

We thank our teachers for their patience, understanding, support, and indomitability. It is thanks to you that students have the opportunity to continue their studies and confidently look to the future. And I would like to wish all students an interesting and successful academic year, good results, new acquaintances, creative ideas and the fulfillment of dreams. May this year be filled with knowledge, pleasant events and victories – small and large.
