BSPU hosts working meeting ahead of signing the Erasmus+ STEAM-ALLIANCE agreement

On September 4, Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, which serves as the national coordinator of the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme project “STEAM-ALLIANCE: Developing Human Capital for Industry 5.0” / «STEAM-ALLIANCE: Розвиток людського капіталу для Індустрії 5.0» (registration number: 101323541, ERASMUS-EDU-2026-CBHE-REGION-2), 2026–2029 (person in charge – Olha Hurenko, First Vice-Rector of BSPU, Professor), held a working meeting with the Ukrainian partners: Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University, Dnipro University of Technology, Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport, Poltava State Agrarian University, NGO “Innovative University”, and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

The consortium participants discussed organisational matters in preparation for signing the grant agreement and agreed on the next steps of cooperation among the Ukrainian partners within the project, which aims to build a comprehensive STEAM education ecosystem in Ukraine – from preschool to higher education and adult reskilling – and to develop a network of five STEAM hubs based at partner universities.
