About Stuttering — Without Stumbling

On 24 November 2025, the Faculty of Preschool, Special and Social Education of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University hosted a guest lecture for full-time and part-time students of the 016 Special Education programme (specialization Speech Therapy). The lecture “Stuttering” was delivered by Oleksandr Kozynets, Associate Professor of the Department of Speech Therapy and Speech Psychology.

The session provided students with a valuable opportunity to explore the topic comprehensively — both from a theoretical perspective and through real-life clinical cases shared by the speaker. Oleksandr Kozynets highlighted key characteristics of the disorder, presented modern approaches to intervention, and illustrated them with practical examples from his professional experience, which made the material especially accessible and applicable.

Students noted the lecture’s informativeness, dynamism, and depth. We sincerely thank the speaker for an engaging and meaningful presentation that inspires further professional growth. We look forward to continuing our collaboration in strengthening high-quality speech-therapy education.
