Academic Start: Information Resources of the BSPU Library

On September 29, 2026, an online library tour titled “Academic Start: Information Resources of the BSPU Library” was held for first-year bachelor’s and master’s students from all three specialties of the Faculty of Preschool, Special and Social Education.

During the meeting, students explored the electronic catalogues, academic databases, and online services of the Berdyansk State Pedagogical University Library. Library staff introduced ways to find educational literature and academic publications useful for preparing for classes, completing independent assignments, and conducting research.

The event helped students navigate the university’s information resources and learn how to use them in their studies and research. Such meetings support first-year students as they adjust to university life and develop skills in independently finding and evaluating information.

We sincerely thank Head of the Library Svitlana Bilokin, Head of the User Services Department Iryna Filon, and Leading Librarian Halyna Potapenko for an informative meeting, practical recommendations, and their attention to our first-year students.
