BSPU Team Receives Certificates for Completion of the Professional Development Program for Academic Managers

Academic staff of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University (BSPU) consistently prioritize professional development, striving to meet modern challenges and trends in education.

Recently, the BSPU team completed the Professional Development Program for Academic Managers, implemented within the framework of the large-scale World Bank project “Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results” (UIHERP). This innovative program, focused specifically on strategic and managerial levels in higher education, became a strong incentive for our team to pursue further institutional transformation.

At the international final conference, the institutional change project presented by Professor Olha Hurenko, Associate Professors Maryna Bohdanova, Yevheniia Lyndina, Vitalii Hnatiuk, and Maryna Nesterenko received high praise from experts, mentors, and colleagues from other universities. Our concept of a “university without walls” was recognized as a model of flexible and innovative development in response to current challenges.

And today, we are pleased to share more good news – all BSPU team members have officially received their advanced training certificates!
