On March 27, 2026, a meeting of guarantors and members of the working groups of the OPP “Psychology” and “Psychology of Training Work” of the specialty C4 Psychology with stakeholders took place, which was dedicated to discussing the OPP projects and determining the prospects for their further improvement, taking into account modern labor market requirements, employer needs, and current trends in the development of psychological science and practice.

 The meeting was attended by guarantors Nataliya Serdyuk (OPP “Psychology” of the first level of higher education), Olga Frolova (OPP “Psychology of Training Work” of the second level of higher education), Iryna Cherezova (Head of the Department of Psychology), Olena Andrushkevych (psychologist, coach, trainer, facilitator, leader of psychological support groups), Maryna Atamanyuk (practical psychologist, psychotherapist, head of the “School of Young Psychologist”, coordinator-psychologist of the NGO “Power of the Future”, head of the resource studio “Tsvit tangerinki” (Kamenske), Tetyana Kulikova (practical psychologist of the Palace of Children and Youth of the Berdyansk City Council, author and co-author of methodological manuals on practical psychology). During the dialogue, the structure of the OPP was analyzed, the content of mandatory and optional educational components, and program learning outcomes were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the formation of professional competencies of applicants, strengthening  practical training of future psychologists, compliance of educational components with the requirements of the modern labor market.

Stakeholders shared practical experience and developments, which allowed to outline clear vectors for improving educational programs. The received proposals and recommendations will be considered by working groups and taken into account during the further updating of the OPP of the bachelor’s and master’s levels of higher education.

Constant dialogue with stakeholders is an important factor in ensuring the quality of the educational process and training of competitive specialists in the field of psychology.
