On September 19, 2025, an extended meeting of the Council of Young Scientists of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University was held, bringing together representatives of all faculties to discuss current areas of activity, plan events for the new academic year, and update the composition of the Council. The agenda included four main issues:
Issue 1. Approval of the composition of the Council of Young Scientists of BDPU for the 2025–2026 academic year
Preliminarily, from the faculty councils of young scientists, a list of candidates was received who expressed their willingness to join the Council of Young Scientists of BDPU in order to ensure effective representation and active participation in the implementation of key areas of activity. As a result of the voting, a unanimous decision was made to elect the faculty delegates who will join the Council:
Faculty of Preschool, Special and Social Work – Daryna Lytvychenko, Anastasiia Popova, Inna Samoilenko.
Faculty of Psychological and Pedagogical Education and Arts – Tetiana Mukhina, Nadiia Dira, Karyna Koval, Viktor Zamashniuk.
Faculty of Physics, Mathematics, Computer and Technological Education – Olha Kurylo, Yuliia Deriabina.
Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Studies – Oleksii Korotkyi, Oleksandra Dudukalova, Maksym Holikov.
Faculty of Physical Culture, Sports and Human Health – Natalia Kryvun, Kateryna Voloshchuk.
Issue 2. Approval of the Board of the Council of Young Scientists of BDPU
As a result of collective discussion and delegates’ voting, the new composition of the Board was approved:
Karyna Koval – Chair of the Council of Young Scientists of BDPU;
Oleksandra Dudukalova – Deputy Chair of the Council of Young Scientists of BDPU;
Inna Samoilenko – Secretary of the Council of Young Scientists of BDPU.
Issue 3. Approval of the updated Regulation on the activities of the Council of Young Scientists of BDPU
The participants of the meeting reviewed and unanimously approved the updated Regulation of the Council of Young Scientists of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, which defines the modern principles of the Council’s work, its structure, and the rights and obligations of its members. The next step will be the approval of this Regulation at the meeting of the University Academic Council.
Issue 4. Identification of priority areas and approval of the work plan of the Council of Young Scientists of BDPU for the 2025–2026 academic year
Within the framework of the discussion of the fourth issue, a decision was made to hold the Council’s traditional events – the conference «Science of the 3rd Millennium: Searches, Challenges, Prospects of Development» and the competition «Best Young Scientist of the Year at BDPU». In addition, participants voted for the organization of university-wide events aimed at promoting science among young people.
The final part of the meeting was devoted to discussing the composition of working groups that will implement the Council’s priority tasks. Participants emphasized the importance of teamwork, mutual support, and the exchange of experience to achieve common goals. The meeting concluded with an optimistic summary and a shared determination for active and effective work throughout the year.
