On November 14–15, students of the Faculty of Psychological and Pedagogical Education and Arts (FPPEA) of BSPU took part in the inter-university festival “Student Jam at KNTU”. This event brought together creativity, contemporary pedagogical ideas, and innovative approaches to teaching. Over the course of two days, participants immersed themselves in an atmosphere of openness and professional exchange, where each presentation sounded like a separate “musical track” of a large educational jam.

FPPEA students presented three diverse yet complementary topics that reflect the key directions of modern teacher education. Kateryna Polischuk, a master’s student in Primary Education, emphasized the importance of supporting the emotional well-being of young learners. Her presentation on tools for verbalizing complex emotions reminded the audience that successful learning begins with trust, empathy, and a teacher’s ability to genuinely hear a child.

Andrian Kuza, a bachelor’s student in Primary Education, transported attendees into the world of digital solutions and artificial intelligence. He demonstrated how modern AI tools can simplify a teacher’s work, make the creation of educational content faster and more creative, and expand students’ opportunities in planning and implementing learning tasks.

The presentation by Maryna Kononenko, a master’s student in Primary Education, focused on the development of creative thinking. Discussing the importance of stepping beyond conventional boundaries, she emphasized that creativity is not only about generating ideas, but also about the ability to ask new questions, seek alternatives, and confidently propose original solutions in professional practice.

The participation of our students in the Student Jam clearly demonstrates their readiness to work within the realities of modern education. The festival became a platform where future professionals could not only present their ideas but also feel part of a broader academic community that continues moving forward despite today’s challenges.

The cooperation between FPPEA and KNTU once again showed that when educational institutions combine their efforts, new formats, ideas, and opportunities for professional growth emerge. And the students of our faculty confidently take an active and honorable role in this process.
