Professional and personal development of future preschool education specialists

On April 8, 2026, Associate Professor Alla Omelyanenko represented the Department of Preschool Education of the BDPU (Head, Associate Professor Iryna Ulyukaeva) at the 4th All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Online Forum “21st Century Teacher: Professional and Personal Development.” The event was organized by Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University.

The speech Alla Omelyanenko at the plenary session on the topic “Genres of professional communicative culture of future preschool education specialists” received positive feedback from both scientists and practitioners of preschool education.

Alla Omelyanenko emphasized that the work on using the speech genre of “reflection” in pedagogical activity contributed to the development of speech reflection, linguistic and logical thinking, and a complex of professional speech skills that form the basis of the communicative culture of a future preschool teacher.

The speaker highlighted her own experience in training applicants for the A2 “Preschool Education” specialty at the “Bachelor” educational and professional level.
