Professional Trajectory of a Master’s Student: The Introductory Conference as a Key to Successful Completion of the Managerial and Methodological Internship

On February 2 and February 13, 2026, Associate Professor of the Department of Preschool Education at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, Nataliia Hryhorieva, organized and conducted introductory conferences for first-year full-time and part-time master’s students prior to their Managerial and Methodological Internship (industrial internship).

During the meetings, participants familiarized themselves in detail with the internship program, received methodological recommendations, and learned about the main requirements and the list of reporting documents. The students had the opportunity to ask the supervisor questions and receive comprehensive answers regarding the rational allocation of time for completing tasks, the scoring system for their performance, as well as the format and deadlines of the reporting materials.

The Managerial and Methodological Internship will allow students to consolidate their theoretical knowledge, gain practical experience, and prepare for their future professional activities. In addition, most of the master’s theses developed by first – year master’s students relate to the field of preschool institution management, such as: “Professional Competence of the Director as a Condition for Successful Operation of a Preschool Education Institution,” “Creation and Implementation of an Electronic Methodological Office in the Management System of a Preschool Institution,” “Personnel Management in a Preschool Education Institution: Motivation Technologies and Professional Development of Educators,” “The Process of Modernizing the Management of a Preschool Education Institution through the Introduction of Digital Platforms.”

Thus, during the internship, students will have the opportunity to work through the key elements related to the completion of their qualification papers.
