On March 18–19, 2026, teachers of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Sports and Human Health took part in the All-Ukrainian educational event for physical education teachers, “The Power of Movement: Physical Education of the Present and the Future,” which was held in an online format.
The professional development program was attended by Nataliia Polishchuk, Kateryna Voloshchuk, and Nataliia Samsutina. The event became an important platform for professional growth, exchange of experience, and familiarization with current approaches to organizing physical education in modern conditions.
Within the framework of the educational program, the participants had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of implementing an activity-based approach in the physical education of students, using physical activity as a resource for supporting mental health, applying modern digital tools to increase students’ physical activity, as well as developing effective communication and teamwork in the educational environment.
Special attention during the training was paid to the implementation of health-preserving technologies in educational institutions, the modeling of non-standard physical education lessons, the use of practical cases in professional activity, and the introduction of new sports into the educational process. Such initiatives contribute to the renewal of teachers’ professional competencies and the implementation of modern tools in the training of future specialists.
Participation in All-Ukrainian educational events is an important component of the professional growth of the faculty’s teachers, the expansion of methodological tools, and the improvement of the quality of the educational process.
We sincerely congratulate our colleagues on their successful participation in the program and wish them further professional achievements, new ideas, and inspiration for the implementation of modern educational initiatives.
