On September 30, 2025, the research club “Current Issues of Economics and Finance” commenced its work, bringing together students of the educational and professional programs “Finance, Banking and Insurance” and “Business Economics”. The meeting was dedicated to discussing the current challenges in the economy and financial sector, as well as searching for effective approaches to overcoming them.

The club’s activities are aimed at examining issues of enterprise financial security, banking system stability, capital market development, and the implementation of innovative technologies in the financial sector. Special attention is given to globalization and geopolitical processes that directly influence Ukraine’s economic development.

Particular importance was attached to discussions on the methodology of preparing scientific articles and conference abstracts, standards for formatting research papers, and the use of modern electronic libraries and databases. These skills are fundamental for shaping students’ research competence and raising their academic level.

For students of the educational and professional programs “Finance, Banking and Insurance” and “Business Economics”, such meetings are of exceptional importance. They not only broaden theoretical knowledge but also develop practical skills in analytical work, critical thinking, and academic writing. Such initiatives ensure a harmonious combination of the educational process with scientific activity, contributing to the professional growth of future specialists in the fields of economics and finance.

The research club serves as a platform for free exchange of ideas, development of communication skills, and the formation of an active civic position. Most importantly, it helps students be prepared for the challenges of the modern economy and make their contribution to financial stability and the country’s development.

Such initiatives are an integral part of modern education, as they combine academic knowledge with practical scientific activity.
