Despite the challenges associated with martial law in Ukraine, scientific activity continues to evolve. As part of Pedagogy Week, the Faculty of Psychological and Pedagogical Education and Arts organized Pedagogical Studios “Modern Trends in the Development of Educational Management” (moderators – Dr. Nadiia Vientseva, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor at the Department of Pedagogy, and Olha Starokozhko, PhD in Pedagogy, Associate Professor at the Department of Pedagogy).
Master’s students of the specialties 011 Educational and Pedagogical Sciences and A1 Educational Sciences took an active part in the session. The event featured presentations and discussions of students’ analytical projects. Among the most notable were: Vitalii Reznichenko – “Management Strategies for Implementing Inclusive Education in General Secondary Schools”; Oksana Seredniak – “Capitalization of Education: Approaches, Mechanisms, and Implementation Risks in Ukraine”; Olena Andrieieva – “Innovative Approaches to Educational Institution Management in the Context of Digital Transformation”.
In her concluding presentation, Associate Professor Olha Starokozhko emphasized that the pedagogical studios contributed to deepening the managerial and analytical competencies of master’s students, expanding their understanding of trends in educational management, and strengthening their awareness of the teacher’s role as an agent of educational change. The participants demonstrated their ability to apply modern scientific approaches to analyzing management problems in education and developing innovative solutions.
The Pedagogical Studios concluded with a shared recognition of the need to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience in educational management. The event united young researchers and lecturers around the ideas of educational leadership in the context of digital transformation, inclusivity, and global change, reaffirming the importance of science as a driving force for renewing the educational space.
