Over the course of this semester, the work of the Psychological Club was primarily focused on individual psychological support and one-on-one guidance for participants. Due to unstable internet connection, power outages, and the broader realities of wartime, opportunities for regular group meetings were limited. At the same time, these circumstances increased the need for more precise, personalized assistance and a gentle, attentive accompaniment through difficult life experiences.

In our work, we used art-therapy and resource-oriented approaches that help restore inner grounding, stabilize emotional well-being, and bring back a sense of control and safety. In particular, we practiced imagery-based self-support and “resource places,” creative exploration of dreams and inner anchors, collage-making as a way to assemble a coherent image of oneself and one’s resources, as well as exercises for body–emotion regulation and a soft return to contact with oneself.

The small-format structure—individual sessions and work in small groups—made it possible to preserve depth, confidentiality, and a sense of psychological safety even in challenging external conditions. Despite all difficulties, this period became a time of quiet yet meaningful work: about support, care, holding reality, and searching for resources for life and professional growth. We believe the next semester will bring more opportunities for stable meetings and shared work, and that our club will continue to remain a space where one can be oneself, receive support, and recover.

In the New Year, we wish for peace—quiet without sirens, a sense of safety, and the ability to live, work, and plan the future without constant tension. With deep gratitude to the Armed Forces of Ukraine—for protection and for enabling us, despite all challenges, to continue teaching, supporting others, and sustaining a space of psychological care and humanity.
