On January 30, 2026, an online training “Resilience Techniques for Every Day” was held for higher education students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, which became a real platform for self-knowledge and emotional recovery. The trainers of the event were senior lecturers of the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Psychological and Pedagogical Education and Arts Hanna Lysak and Viktoriia Devyatko, who created a space where scientific approaches are harmoniously combined with practice.
During the meeting, the participants immersed themselves in the process of self-reflection: they learned to analyze their emotional state, diagnose the level of stress and, most importantly, mastered effective techniques for its prompt reduction. The program was rich and interactive, because each participant had the opportunity to work out resource art therapy exercises and test modern online services that help maintain psychological balance.
The event was attended by the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work of BSPU Hanna Aleksandrova, who emphasized the strategic role of taking care of the psychological state of students in modern realities and emphasized the importance of such initiatives.
The training was held in a warm, cozy and sincere atmosphere. The participants openly shared their own experience and supported each other in the circle of like-minded people. Thanks to this format of the event, applicants not only received a lot of positive emotions, but also significantly enriched their own piggy bank of resilience techniques.
