On May 12, 2026, the Department of Pedagogy of the Faculty of Psychological and Pedagogical Education and Arts of Berdуansk State Pedagogical University held a sectional meeting within the framework of the Days of Science–2026. The event brought together students of the second (Master’s) level of higher education in specialty A1 Educational Sciences and the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education in specialty 011 Educational and Pedagogical Sciences. The topic of the meeting was “Strategies for the Development of Educational Management in Times of Change” (moderated by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy Nadiia Vientseva).

The participants discussed current issues related to the development of modern education and the transformation of educational management in the context of social change. Special attention was paid to the formation of professional culture among future specialists, the development of leadership in the professional activity of higher education teachers, the organization of an inclusive educational environment, crisis communications, and anti-crisis management in educational institutions.

During the meeting, students presented meaningful and relevant research reports:

  • “Psychological and Pedagogical Conditions for the Formation of Professional Culture of Future Specialists” (Olena Andrieieva);
  • “Management of the Process of Forming Professional and Career Readiness of Students of Creative Specialties in Higher Education Institutions” (Alina Klymenko);
  • “Leadership as a Psychological and Pedagogical Phenomenon in the Professional Activity of a Higher Education Teacher” (Karina Koval);
  • “Crisis Communications as a Tool for Ensuring the Resilience of the University of the Future” (Anastasiia Pyvovarchuk);
  • “Anti-Crisis Management of an Educational Institution” (Kateryna Saprankova);
  • “Value-Based Guidelines of Educational Management in Higher Education Institutions as the Basis for Managerial Decision-Making” (Iryna Skliar);
  • “Inclusive Educational Environment of a Higher Education Institution: Generalization of Research Results” (Anton Serdiuchenko).

The sectional meeting included an active discussion of the presented research, during which participants had the opportunity to exchange scientific ideas, personal views, and research findings. The reports generated considerable interest among attendees and demonstrated the high level of students’ academic training. According to the voting results, the best presentations were recognized as those delivered by Kateryna Saprankova and Anton Serdiuchenko.

The sectional meeting became an important platform for developing students’ scientific potential, promoting research activities, and discussing current trends in the development of educational management in the context of contemporary social changes.
