On October 27, 2026, a joint lecture was held, focusing on current issues regarding the methodological support of educational activities for educators in preschool institutions.
The lecture was delivered by:
The event was attended by master’s degree students specializing in Preschool Education (A2) from Berdiansk State Pedagogical University and Uman National University.
The meeting provided an opportunity for future professionals to engage in professional dialogue, exchange experiences, and explore current trends within the methodological support system for preschool education.
The “binary” (co-taught) lecture format served as a productive platform for professional dialogue, the exchange of pedagogical experience, scientific perspectives, and methodological developments. It enabled future professionals to familiarize themselves with modern trends in the development of the methodological support system for preschool education and to reflect on its role in ensuring the quality of the educational process and the professional growth of educators. Particular attention was paid to the role of the methodist — a key figure who acts as a coordinator of the teaching staff’s professional development, an organizer of methodological collaboration, a facilitator of innovative change, and an initiator in creating a supportive professional environment.
This professional dialogue helped foster a holistic understanding of methodological support — viewing it not merely as an organizational component of an institution’s operations, but primarily as a vital resource for professional growth, the development of pedagogical creativity and initiative, and the preparation of specialists to address current educational challenges. Participants were able to connect theoretical concepts with their future professional practice and explore the potential for applying the discussed approaches in their work with teaching staff.
The event took place in an atmosphere of friendly, creative, and constructive professional interaction. The active exchange of ideas, the engaged discussion of the issues raised, and the presentation of diverse pedagogical perspectives underscored the relevance of the chosen topic and the significance of inter-university cooperation in preparing future preschool education specialists.
This format of interaction served as a vital catalyst for broadening the students’ professional outlook, deepening their methodological competence, and helping them reflect on prospects for their future professional development.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the lecturers for organizing such a substantive and beneficial meeting, and for the valuable experience of inter-university partnership and academic dialogue within the professional training of future preschool education specialists.
And our special thanks go to our Defenders—men and women alike—for their courage and unyielding spirit, which make it possible for us to study, work, and advance Ukrainian education.
Working together for high-quality preschool education, the professional growth of educators, and the future of our children!
