We are pleased to share the news that a collective monograph by the faculty of our department, “Educational Variability as a Factor in Modernizing the Professional Training of Primary School Teachers,” has been published. This work is the result of five years of research conducted within a comprehensive research project, combining theoretical developments with practical experience in training future primary school teachers.
The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive understanding of educational variability as a strategic factor in modernizing the professional training of primary school teachers in the context of wartime challenges and transformations in higher pedagogical education. The publication explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of developing academic culture and academic integrity in a displaced higher education institution. It substantiates the central role of partnership pedagogy and variability in learning as the basis for the professional development of future teachers.
Particular attention is given to the implementation of contemporary educational trends – such as STEM education and the growing use of artificial intelligence—in the professional training of future primary school teachers. The monograph also highlights methodological and technological aspects of implementing variability in primary education.
The publication is intended for researchers, higher education instructors, students of педагогical specialties, and practitioners in primary education.
This work represents a contribution to the development of modern pedagogical education and provides a foundation for further academic discussion.
