Berdyansk State Pedagogical University at mini-EdCamp Bobryk: on teachers’ resources and the future of education

On May 2, 2026, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy at the Faculty of Psychological, Pedagogical Education and Arts, Nadiia Dira, represented Berdyansk State Pedagogical University at the (un)conference mini-EdCamp Bobryk titled «The Path to Yourself in Education: Values, Experience, Support». The event took place at Bobrytska Gymnasium of the Velykodymerska Territorial Community in Brovary District, Kyiv Region.

Nadiia Dira delivered a presentation on «Teacher’s Resources as a Key to Professional Success». The speech addressed the concept of a teacher’s professional resources as a crucial factor in effective pedagogical activity. Particular attention was paid to the importance of self-regulation, emotional resilience, and professional recovery in the context of contemporary educational challenges.

A separate part of the presentation focused on the university’s career guidance activities. Participants were introduced to the history of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, the specifics of the 2026 admission campaign, admission requirements, as well as the list of specialties and educational programs offered by the university. The career guidance segment sparked interest among attendees and contributed to raising awareness of opportunities for obtaining higher pedagogical education and further professional development.
