Nformational and educational event «Information on the risks of dangerous explosive objects and risk prevention training»

Berdyansk State Pedagogical University held an informational and educational event dedicated to an important safety issue – raising awareness of the risks posed by explosive objects and providing training on how to prevent related risks.

The event was organized for students and academic staff of the university faculties and was held in two stages – on September 8 and September 11.

On September 11, the event was attended by representatives of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Sports and Human Health, the Faculty of Preschool, Special and Social Education, and the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities.

The purpose of the event was to increase the awareness of participants in the educational process regarding explosive objects, potential hazards, safety rules, and the appropriate course of action in case a dangerous object is discovered.

During the information session, participants had the opportunity to gain essential knowledge about the risks associated with explosive objects and to understand the importance of following safety rules in everyday life. Particular attention was paid to the need not to approach suspicious objects, not to touch or move them, and to report their discovery to the relevant services.

Holding such events is particularly relevant today, as the threat posed by mines and explosive objects remains a serious challenge for the population of Ukraine. Therefore, developing a culture of safe behavior, a responsible attitude toward one’s own life and health, and the ability to act correctly in dangerous situations is an important component of the educational process.

For students of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, the knowledge gained is particularly valuable, as they will work with children and young people in the future and will be able to pass on essential safety skills to them.

The informational and educational event provided an important opportunity to increase awareness, develop responsible behavior skills, and emphasize a simple but extremely important rule: if you discover an explosive object, do not approach it, do not touch it, and notify the appropriate specialists.

Safety begins with knowledge, attentiveness, and everyone’s responsibility!
