Participation of BDPU Representatives in an International Scientific and Practical Conference

Within the framework of cooperation with Poltava V. G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University, representatives of Berdiansk State Pedagogical University took part in the III International Scientific and Practical Conference “Personality Formation in the Context of Contemporary Societal Development: Psychological, Pedagogical, Correctional and Rehabilitation, Social and Medical Aspects”, held on April 23, 2026. Berdiansk State Pedagogical University acted as a co-organizer of the event.

During the plenary session, Yevheniia Lyndina, Dean of the Faculty of Preschool, Special and Social Education, had the honor of delivering a presentation entitled “Historical Retrospective of the Development of Ukrainian Speech Therapy”, representing the academic potential of both the faculty and the university.

The conference addressed a range of актуal issues, including the development and implementation of new educational and professional standards in the field of special education, the improvement of approaches to specialist training, and the advancement of interdisciplinary interaction in correctional and rehabilitation practices.

Participation in the conference provided an important platform for professional dialogue, exchange of experience, and outlining перспективи for the further development of the faculty’s academic and educational activities, particularly in the context of strengthening international cooperation and updating the content of specialist training.
