Senior lecturer of the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Psychology, Head of the Educational Psychological and Consulting Laboratory of the BDPU Viktoriya Fedoryk became a participant in a large-scale event – Woman Force Forum, which took place on March 21, 2026 in Lviv and united the strongest women of the country, those who create a new Ukraine.

The forum was opened by the famous Ukrainian singer Tayanna, who emphasized that the modern generation of women creates their own rules of life and boldly implements them. The topic of internal transformations was continued by Rusya Danilkina, whose experience of turning points became the foundation for a conversation about acceptance and the power to change in the most difficult life situations.

Issues of publicity and reputation became central in the speeches of Kateryna Osadchoya and Alina Frendiy.  The speakers conveyed an important idea: publicity is not about the number of subscribers, but about a tool of influence and a marker of responsibility. Valeria Guzema added that a high reputation is built on the ability to say “no” in time and remain true to one’s values.

Special emphasis was placed on the psychological resilience of a woman. Iryna Pistryuga shared the practices of mental balance in conditions of chaos, and Tetyana Voloshnya revealed the essence of making fateful decisions. Masha Efrosynina and Lera Mandzyuk discussed the “power of endurance” in a live podcast format, noting that behind each “successful picture” there are difficult states that are important to live honestly.

A professional analysis of family values was provided by Dmytro Ostapenko, who presented the family as a space of strength. The main idea was to build relationships that inspire, not exhaust.  This topic was expanded during panel discussions with Dasha Kvitkova, Khrystyna and Grigory Reshetnik, where they discussed the balance between ambition, career and raising children in the “media world”.

For Victoria Fedoryk, participation in the forum became a source of powerful professional insights. The knowledge gained about strategies for psychological resilience, mechanisms for forming internal support and ethics of public communication allows to significantly expand the toolkit of psychological counseling. Of particular value is the integration of cases about the “power of decisions” and “psychology of image” into an academic context that meets the real needs of society. Understanding how to act in conditions of uncertainty and transform negative experience into a resource for development strengthens Victoria Volodymyrivna’s professional expertise and gives new impetus to her professional activities.
