On March 19 at 2:20 PM, an informative and engaging meeting with practitioner Oksana Mykhailivna Vatseba was held for higher education students. She is the Executive Secretary, Deputy Head of the NGO “Branch of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine in Lviv Region,” and Head of the Lviv Regional Department of the Olympic Academy of Ukraine.
The topic of the meeting, “Main Results of the Winter Olympics,” attracted considerable interest among the participants, as it focused on current issues in the development of Olympic sport, the analysis of the results of the Winter Olympic Games, the specific features of athlete training, and the significance of the Olympic movement in modern society.
The event was attended by students pursuing the Bachelor’s degree in the educational programs A7 Physical Culture and Sports and A4 Secondary Education (Physical Culture), as well as Master’s degree students in the educational program A7 Physical Culture and Sports.
During the meeting, Oksana Mykhailivna shared her professional knowledge, practical experience, and personal vision of current trends in the development of Olympic sport. Particular attention was paid to the results of the Winter Olympics, athletes’ performances, organizational aspects of holding competitions, and the role of Olympic values in shaping the professional worldview of future specialists in the field of physical culture and sports.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of open dialogue, active communication, and professional exchange of opinions. The participants had the opportunity to ask questions, discuss current issues in the sports sector, and receive valuable advice from an experienced professional.
