Guest lecture “Successful art management in the field of music”: from the experience of working in a music studio

On October 9, 2025, a guest lecture was held at the Department of Theory and Methods of Teaching Artistic Disciplines (head, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Olena Buzova) for applicants for the specialty A4.13 Secondary Education (Art. Musical Art) on the topic “Successful art management in the field of musical art (from the experience of the music studio “Voxy Studio”)”  by a graduate of the Secondary Education (Musical Art and English language) program in 2023, a member of the Employers’ Council of the specialty A4.13 Secondary Education (Art. Musical Art) Valeria Turovets and co-founder of the music studio Andriy Turovets.

The results of a survey of applicants for the Secondary Education (Music and English) program on monitoring and periodic revision of the educational program showed great interest among bachelors in the problem of implementing their own creative projects in the field of music, which became the impetus for organizing such a meeting.

The speakers detailed the key points of the management strategy during the implementation of creative (musical) projects, paying special attention to the technological aspect of the mentioned activity and its customer orientation.

The lecturers formulated the main mission of their project – the most comfortable educational environment, a modern and effective space for learning, a focus on technology and high-quality equipment. Ms. Valeria focused on the issues of selecting a team of professionals, methods of attracting the target audience, the features of safe functioning in a front-line city, legal and administrative aspects of entrepreneurial activity. At the end of the guest lecture, the participants were offered to watch short videos demonstrating interesting methods of vocal work with children.

Such an interesting experience in art management in musical art enriches the professional knowledge of applicants, contributes to the effective formation of general and professional competencies, and sets them up for new creative ideas and artistic startups. A lively discussion with an active exchange of views confirmed the importance and relevance of the chosen topic and the desire to continue the creative dialogue.
