Partnership with stakeholders in the system of training biology and health education teachers in the current context of educational transformation is becoming strategically important and is seen as a key factor in ensuring the quality of teacher education. The introduction of new State Standards for Basic Secondary Education, the focus on the conceptual foundations of the New Ukrainian School, and the strengthening of requirements for teacher professional competence necessitate systematic, purposeful, and long-term cooperation between higher education institutions and representatives of the educational community. An important example of partnership cooperation was the meeting held in March 2026 at the Department of Biology, Human Health and Physical Rehabilitation to discuss educational and professional programmes at the bachelor’s and master’s levels of higher education.

The event brought together lecturers from Berdiansk State Pedagogical University and Poltava National Pedagogical University named after V.G. Korolenko. During the meeting, the following bachelor’s degree programmes were discussed: “Secondary Education (Biology and Human Health. Physical Rehabilitation)‘, and master’s level: ’Secondary Education. Biology and Human Health”. The format of open professional dialogue allowed for a thorough analysis of the content of the programmes, the identification of areas for improvement, and the coordination of prospects for further development in line with current educational challenges.

Therefore, partnership with colleagues from the V.G. Korolenko Poltava National Pedagogical University is an effective mechanism for ensuring the quality of the educational process, its compliance with social demands and the needs of modern schools. Constructive cooperation, openness to professional dialogue, mutual responsibility, and a strategic vision for the development of educational and professional programmes create the foundation for training biology and health education teachers who are capable of innovative activity, professional growth, and the implementation of modern pedagogical values.

We express our sincere gratitude to our colleagues at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Management of the V.G. Korolenko Poltava National Pedagogical University for their active professional position, constructive dialogue and concern for the improvement of the educational and professional programme. We sincerely appreciate your support, professional competence and partnership, which contribute to the development of the educational environment, the strengthening of the academic community and the establishment of high standards of pedagogical education.
